We are seeking an experienced Account Executive with a background in the travel agent industry and expertise in handling GSA Airlines. The ideal candidate will manage comprehensive accounting tasks, ensure accuracy, and provide insightful financial analysis to support the company's growth and sustainability.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience in travel Agent Industry
• Experience in handling GSA Airlines
• Hands-on experience with MS Office
• Prefer young male candidates

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage all accounting transactions
• Prepare budget forecasts
• Publish financial statements in time
• Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
• Ensure timely bank payments
• Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
• Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
• Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity
• Audit financial transactions and documents
• Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
• Comply with financial policies and regulations

Salary range: 25k to 35k
