About:

Atma is seeking an experienced and dynamic Treasury Dealer for one of our clients to join the team at our headquarters in Jakarta. As a Treasury Dealer, you will be responsible for ensuring the availability and management of the company's treasury assets. You will also work collaboratively with the whole Customer Operations team as well as the cross-functional team.

What Will You Do

• Taking charge of maintaining the availability and integrity of the company's treasury or assets.
• Executing strategic decisions to effectively balance treasury or asset activities in line with prevailing market trends.
• Contributing to the formulation and refinement of strategies to optimize balancing processes.
• Diligently recording all transactions and preparing comprehensive reports on the status and performance of company treasury or assets.
• Vigilantly monitoring transaction activities on the platform, promptly addressing any discrepancies or irregularities.

What We Are Looking For

• Fresh graduate from a numerical-based major, e.g. mathematics, statistics, actuarial, economics, accounting, etc.
• Experience in a Dealing or Treasury Asset or Treasury Dealer or Finance OTC capacity will be a plus.
• Proficiency in understanding and navigating cryptocurrency trading platforms and mechanisms will be a plus.
• High degree of integrity and commitment to confidentiality.
• Proactive mindset with excellent analytical skills
• Detail-oriented and meticulous.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with various stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with a track record of adapting quickly to evolving circumstances.
• Flexibility and willingness to work in rotating shifts (24/7) in a hybrid scheduled environment.
