Qualification: Any BE / MCA Graduate

Job Description:

• 10+ years of total experience in Mainframe System with at least 5 years of experience leading a team
• Hands-on expertise in COBOL, JCL, IMS DB/DC, DB2, VSAM and IBM Tools (Endevor, File Manager, Fault Analyser, Debugger)
• Good exposure to all phases of SDLC including Requirement Analysis, Estimation, Design, Development and Deployment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to articulate thoughts/opinions on technical solutions/processes clearly
• Experience in leading a team
• Ability to train and guide the team
• Health Insurance Claims experience is mandatory

Responsibilities:

• Understand the business requirements, analyse them and get required clarity
• Create Estimation
• Creating technical design
• Coding and unit testing
• Perform reviews
• Implement corrective and preventive action plans
• Leading the team and helping them to achieve their targets
• SLA tracking and taking corrective measures to close the gaps
• Bring up risks/issues and track them to closure
• Identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency improvement

Key Skills:

Mainframe development, IMS DB OR DB2 and Healthcare domain
