Job Overview

We are looking for a passionate Sales Officer to join our team on a full-time basis at Astral Ltd. This junior-level position requires a minimum of 1 to a maximum of 3 years of work experience. The successful candidate will be based in one of the following locations: Ballari, Dharwad, South 24 Parganas district, Egra, Rohtak, Ludhiana, or Bhatinda. The role involves leveraging market insights, closing sales deals, and optimizing time management for successful sales outcomes.

  • Excellent communication abilities to articulate product benefits and build rapport with potential clients clearly.

  • Sales strategy development to identify target markets and tailor approaches that align with company objectives.
  • Strong product knowledge to demonstrate how our offerings meet customer needs and solve their problems.
  • Market Research (Mandatory skill) for analyzing market trends and gathering relevant insights to drive sales strategies.

  • Time Management (Mandatory skill) to efficiently prioritize tasks and manage the sales process within a given timeframe.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and expand the company's customer base within assigned regions.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets set by the management.
  • Engage with clients, understand their requirements, and present appropriate product offerings to address their needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring profitable sales while maintaining excellent client satisfaction.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features, competitive offerings, and industry trends to aid in sales processes.
  • Provide feedback to the product development team regarding customer preferences and product improvements.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups on leads, proposals, and queries to maximize conversion rates.
  • Compile regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and market conditions for the sales manager.
