Job description
We are looking for a competent Agent/Sr. agent as WFM executive, primarily to admin our dialing platform. Agent will be responsible for efficient and effective running of dialer.
Responsibilities
Ø Campaign files upload and download
Ø Real time monitoring of dialer to keep the idle and abandoned under threshold
Ø Campaign level monitoring
Ø Should have good understanding of setting up services
Ø Should understand call routing
Ø Should have clear thought process and real time decision-making skills (real time)
Ø Effective communication with Operations to have a tight control of shift time and break time adherence
Ø Maintaining a track of dialer campaigns and their L2 metrics on daily basis
Requirements
Ø Proficiency on MS Excel& dialer administration
Ø Candidate should 10+2 or graduate
Ø Should have minimum 1-year experience in similar profile
Ø Should be open to work in night shift
Ø rotational offs, shift basis client requirements
