Key Responsibilities:

• Contact customers who have tried placing orders on our client's online stores and convert these leads into sales.
• Assist customers with order-related queries, including tracking orders, resolving issues in placing orders, providing product information, and informing them about offers.
• Handle multiple client portals for sales and services efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Follow up on customer inquiries that were not immediately resolved.
• Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
• Ensure that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers' problems and concerns.
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, business flow, and market trends to better assist customers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; a Master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Telecaller, Customer Service Representative, or in a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and multiple client portals.
• Good command of the Marathi, Hindi & English language.
• Basic knowledge of sales principles and customer service practices.
