Key Accountabilities:


The primary responsibility of this role is to drive the sales of travel insurance products through corporate partnerships and grow the business. This role requires an understanding of travel insurance products, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to grow and manage a Partner network, provide exceptional customer service, and maintain knowledge of industry trends and policies.

Function Specific Accountabilities


• Agent partner Management- Conduct research to identify new travel agents and Develop relations with them by onboarding them with us.


• Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets


• Develop a growth strategy focused both on increasing sales and customer satisfaction by tapping walk-in clients and Maintaining contacts with existing leads


• Maintaining strong collaborations with cross-functional teams


• Travel Insurance Market Trends: Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes affecting travel insurance to advise agencies effectively.


• Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
