Responsibilities: Inbound Calls II Customer Support

• Manage Incoming Calls And Customer Service Inquiries

• Provide Information About Products And Services, Take/Cancel Orders, And Record Details Of Complaints

• Keep Records Of Customer Interactions And Transactions, Details Of Inquiries, Complaints, And Comments, As Well As Actions, Taken

• Follow Up To Ensure That Appropriate Actions Are Taken On Customer Requests

- Receive Incoming Calls, Inbound Process

- Solving The Customer's Query,

- No Sales/ No Targeted Work,

- Rotational Shifts (9am To 6pm / 9:30am To 06:30pm / 10am To 7pm/ 11am To 8pm) - Any 9 Hour Shift

- Rotational Week Offs - 6 Days Working
