Job Title: Customer Care Executive
Reporting Office Corporate Office - Andheri (E), Mumbai
Reporting to Director – Sales & Marketing
Key Responsibilities:
Preparing New Product Performance Review
Preparing ‘Priority Report’ on Monthly basis.
Preparing Distributor wise Priority Report on Quarterly basis.
Preparing Monthly Sales Programme.
Preparing Plant wise Sale details as and when required.
Arranging Spare parts for customers from Plant.
Register Customer Complaints.
Follow up with QC team, Co-ordinators and Customers for QC reports, Spare Parts etc.
Forwarding the Complaints of End user to Distributors, Sales Persons.
In addition, carry out any other duties/responsibilities as assigned by Management/ Sales and Marketing Director.
Required Competency
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is a must.
Candidate with SAP Knowledge Preferable.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Highly Organized and Detail Oriented.
Proactive and enthusiastic
Qualification/ Experience
Any Graduate with relevant experience
3-6 years
