Job Summary:
We are looking for an Admin Executive who has Computer Knowledge
Job Profile:
1. Handling Emails
2. Creating Offer
3. Documentation
4. Maintaining stationery and Follow Up with supporting Team
5. Filing Purchase & Sales Bills
6. Has to make Purchase & Sales Invoice
7. Should have knowledge of Bank Reconciliation
8. Have the forecasting vision about payment
9. Need to handle the HR department proficiently
10. Creating Content for Digital Marketing, search for new database
11. Have to do Email, Whatsapp & LinkedIn Campaign
Software Skills:
● Basic Computer Knowledge
● Ms Word
● Ms Excel
● PowerPoint Presentation
● Tally
Soft Skills:
● Proficient in English Language
● A Go Getter who is open to New Ideas
● Excellent Communication Skills
● Patient and hard working
● Should be an Active Team Player
● Should be Multi tasking
Skills:
• Good communication skills
• Passionate to accept challenges
