Position: Sales & Business Development Manager

Reporting to: Director

Dept.: Sales & Marketing

Office Location: Mumbai (Malad)

Location of Candidate: Western line preferable

Industry: Solvent, Surfactant, Textile Chemicals and Industrial Chemicals

Age: Up to 40 Years

Experience: 8 -10 years’ relevant experience

Qualification: Bsc. Graduate or Diploma/Degree in Chemical Engg. /Textile Engg.

Gender: Male

 

Objectives: looking for an enthusiastic Sales & Business De elopement Manager to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be required to source new customers and business contacts, demonstrate the technical details of our products, drive sales, and maintain strong customer relations.

To ensure success as a Sales & Business De elopement Manager, you should have strong knowledge of technical and a passion for sales, and the ability to travel. Ultimately, a top-class technical sales executive drives business by understanding the needs of the client and providing them with the right product choices.

Responsibilities:

• Serves customers by selling products and meeting customer needs.

• Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.

• Adjusts content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales outlet or trade factor.

• Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers.

• Review team performance

• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

• Ensure corrective actions being taken on customer complaints

• Actively participation in business development activities e.g. advertise, use of social media, exhibitions, seminars

• Identify improvement areas in business development

• Conduct knowledge sharing sessions for teams

• Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts

• Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships

• Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives

• Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations

• Understand category-specific landscapes and trends

• Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts

• Check and finalize the pricing of product for Negotiation with customer , terms and conditions.

• Take action on customer feedback and identifying improvement areas and appreciate to team on good feedback

• Check the final result of Corrective Actions

• Take report on proper maintenance and preservation of system related documents and records.

• Coordination for internal audit

• Coordination for MRM and provide required data

• Understanding & share New Clients requirement and communicate to sales team and warehouse team.

Computer knowledge: MS office- specially MS Excel, MS outlook, Power Point Presentation & ERP

• Need to Travel (Compulsory)

 

Salary: Up to 10 Lac P.A + Yearly bonus + Performance bonus & all other benefits as per company’s standard rules and regulations.
