Position: Marketing Coordinator (Female Candidate)
Location: Ghatkopar (W)
Experience – 2+ year of experience
Qualification - Mechanical Engineering - Diploma/Graduate (preferable) or any graduate
KEY SKILLS
1. Communication: The ability to effectively communicate with customers and other stakeholders is essential in the role of a Marketing Coordinator. This includes writing, speaking, and listening skills.
2. Organization: A Marketing Coordinator must be organized in their work, as they need to handle multiple tasks and campaigns at once. They should be able to manage and prioritize their workload.
3. Creativity: Thinking of creative ways to market and promote products and services is a key part of the job.
4. Research: Researching competitors and industry trends is important for a Marketing Coordinator.
5. Analytical Skills: Analyzing marketing data and trends, and using that data to inform decisions is key for a successful Marketing Coordinator.
6. Technical Skills: Knowledge of marketing software, social media platforms, and other tools of the trade is amust for any Marketing Coordinator.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and execute marketing plans and strategies to increase sales and brand awareness
• Develop and design promotional materials, including brochures, flyers, and web content
• Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed
• Monitor market trends, competitive analysis, and customer feedback
• Develop and manage relationships with key vendors and partners
• Monitor and report on budget and expenses
• Work with the sales team to ensure sales goals are met
• Support the development of product launches and product updates
• Manage and coordinate events, tradeshows, and conferences
• Work with the sales team to develop pricing strategies and promotional offers
• Maintain accurate records of marketing activities and results
• Work with external vendors such as advertising and public relations firms to execute campaigns
• Monitor and analyze the company’s competitors
• Stay up to date on industry trends and developments
• Manage social media accounts, such as Facebook and Twitter, to promote the company and its products
• Attend trade shows and other events to promote the company
• Develop and manage relationships with key customers, partners, and vendors
