Job Overview:
The Cluster Manager - EBO is responsible for supervising the operations, performance, and growth of multiple Exclusive Brand Outlets within a specified cluster. This position demands a strategic and hands-on leader capable of driving sales, ensuring operational excellence, and leading a team of store managers to meet targets and provide outstanding customer service.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in retail management, with a proven history of managing multiple stores or a region.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical abilities with the capability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and sales strategies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Operational Management:
- Oversee daily operations across all stores within the cluster, ensuring adherence to company standards and protocols.
- Monitor store performance, including sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction, and take corrective actions when necessary.
- Ensure that all stores comply with company policies, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and health and safety regulations.
- Sales and Profitability:
- Drive sales growth and profitability by implementing effective sales strategies and promotional activities.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Set and monitor sales targets for each store and ensure they are met or exceeded.
- Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of store managers, providing guidance and support to ensure high levels of performance and engagement.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback and coaching.
- Identify training needs and organize relevant training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the team.
- Customer Experience:
- Ensure that all stores deliver a superior customer experience, aligning with the brand’s values and customer service standards.
- Handle escalated customer issues and complaints, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolutions.
- Implement customer feedback mechanisms to continuously improve service levels.
- Inventory and Merchandising:
- Monitor inventory levels across the cluster and ensure optimal stock management to minimize shrinkage and wastage.
- Work with the merchandising team to ensure that stores are visually appealing and in line with brand guidelines.
- Oversee the implementation of promotional displays and ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare regular reports on sales, expenses, and other key performance indicators (KPIs) for review by senior management.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on data analysis and market observations.
- Compliance and Audit:
- Ensure that all stores comply with company policies, local laws, and industry regulations.
- Conduct regular audits of store operations and take corrective actions where needed.
Additional Information:
- Willingness to travel frequently between stores within the cluster.
