Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Application Engineer to join our team at Arora Technologies P. Ltd. As an Application Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and guidance to customers, as well as assisting with product development and testing. This role requires a Junior with 1 to 3 years of experience, and is a Full-Time position based in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field
• NDT Level II in UT, MPT, LPT, ECT and RT
• Preferable if Level II in PAUT
• 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar Application Engineer role, in the NDT industry
• Strong knowledge of NDT principles, techniques, and equipment
• Hands-on experience with NDT tools and Technique
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Willingness to travel occasionally to customer sites for on-site support and training

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and assistance to customers regarding the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of our NDT products and systems
• Collaborate with the Sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical expertise during the pre-sales and post-sales stages
• Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for customers to showcase the features and functionality of our NDT products
• Assist in the development and testing of new NDT products and accessories, and provide feedback to the R&D team for continuous improvement
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by customers, ensuring prompt and effective resolution
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather customer feedback and identify areas for product enhancement
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies related to NDT
• Contribute to the development of technical documentation, such as user manuals and application notes
