Skills
1. Handle Inbound & Outbound sales calls with a positive attitude & should be Goal oriented
2. Contact potential or existing customers to inform them of products and services offered by the company
3. Answer queries about products or the company.
4. Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.
5. Generate and schedule promising leads and appointments for the direct sales team.
6. Leads follow-up. Convert Leads to Site Visit.
7. Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information. Maintaining the database of customers regularly.
8. Suggesting solutions based on customers' needs and requirements.
9. Taking and processing product orders professionally.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Tele-sales, preferably in the software or tech industry, such as ERP, POS, SaaS sales, etc., is preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of software products, SaaS.
- Ability to manage multiple leads and sales opportunities
