Candidate must have 5 to 15 yrs experience in cargo / Logistics / Transport industries. Candidate must have knowledge in operation & Sales. Good knowledge of in and around of the respective area.

1.      Ensure monthly target achievement set by management.

2.      Maintain 95% OTD/OTA compliance.

3.      Visit all local offices monthly and route offices quarterly.

4.      Support all agents to meet their monthly targets and address the grievances.

5.      Drive a minimum 10% business growth each month.

6.      Facilitate periodic visits by representatives/auditors to all zonal offices.

7.      Expand the network by establishing new agencies with suitable agents in potential areas.

8.      Ensure timely submission of customer invoices/PODs and secure payments per agreements.

9.      Remit DCCS collections and send DCCS to the DO the following day.

10.    Review account customer business and address grievances monthly.

11.    Ensure smooth yard operations with adequate manpower

12.    Review route operations and adjust as needed based on requirements.

13.    Conduct periodic meetings with agents and staff to review performance and resolve issues.

14.    Establish reliable vendors under our terms for operations.

15.    Optimize load capacity for all route/local vehicles.

16.    Liaise with government officials.

17.    Maintain fuel efficiency as per company standards.

18.    Ensure breakdown-free operations.
