Job Title: IT Trainer (Full-Time / Part-Time)

Location: Bangalore (On-site)

Salary: ₹50,000/month (Full-Time) or ₹10,000/month (Part-Time, 1 hour per day)

We are hiring a dynamic and experienced IT Trainer to join our training and placement support team. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in corporate IT and technical training, with hands-on expertise in a wide range of modern technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality training sessions on Java, Python, Selenium, Spring Boot, Django, React JS, and other relevant tools and frameworks.
• Syllabus designing 
• Assist in acquiring and managing live IT projects, and guide students in implementing and completing them successfully.
• Monitor student progress and provide personalized feedback and support.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and incorporate them into training modules.
• Coordinate with the placement team to align training outcomes with job requirements.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of corporate experience in software development or IT services.
• Prior experience in technical training or mentoring.
• Proficiency in full-stack development, automation tools, and modern frameworks.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for teaching.
• Ability to manage and support multiple student projects.

Compensation Options:

• Full-Time: ₹50,000/month (on-site, Monday to Saturday)
• Part-Time: ₹10,000/month (1 hour per day, flexible schedule)
