Designation: Business Development Executive

Responsibilities:

• Cold-calling prospect customer for new business opportunities by calls and emails
• Arranging samples and handling the customer calls and requests.
• Direct point of contact for clients for quoting prices, getting orders, sharing invoice and ensuring on time dispatch.
• Maintaining a database of prospect customers and reporting to head
• Follow up with customers after sending samples and recording feedback
• Informing tracking and dispatch details to customers.
