1. Planning of training schedule and delivering training sessions for new hires and tenured employees (as per training quality parameters).&nbsp;2. Monitoring training, OJTs, mentoring, evaluations.&nbsp;3. Arranging and maintaining all the hardware related to training.&nbsp;4. Designation : Fragrance EvaluatorResponsibilities : <ul><li>Understands the project and recommends fragrance either from the existing library or drive new creation with the perfumer.</li><li> To manage the development, evaluation and selection/modification of fragrances to win client briefs.</li><li>Market understanding of fragrance likings for all regions in India and customer requirements .</li><li>Drive proactive fragrance development with Perfumer to feed and strengthen the library.</li><li>Prepare olfactive presentation of fragrances to showcase to customers.</li></ul>Education : Bachelor Degree in Chemistry or equivalent in years of similar experiences. Designation : Business Development ExecutiveResponsibilities :• Connecting with prospect customers for generating new business opportunities by calls &amp; emails.• Arranging samples &amp; handling the customer calls &amp; requests• Direct point of contact for clients for quoting prices, payment follow-ups ,getting orders, sharing invoice &amp; ensuring on time dispatch• Maintaining a database of prospect customers &amp; reporting to head• Follow up with customers after sending samples &amp; recording feedback• Informing tracking &amp; dispatch details to customers• Social media management by posting new launches across all platforms like Facebook, Whats app, Telegram etc.•Handling queries &amp; contacting buy-leads customers on Indiamart.
