The OT Female Nurse is responsible for preparing patients for surgery, assisting during the operation, and providing post-operative care. This role requires a high level of expertise in surgical procedures and patient care, as well as excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare operating room for surgery.
• Assist surgeons and anaesthesiologists during operations.
• Monitor patient's vital signs during surgery.
• Provide post-operative care and support to patients.
• Maintain sterile environment in the operating room.
• Educate patients and their families about post-surgery care.
• Document all care provided during surgery and recovery.

Qualifications

• Valid nursing license.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent.
• Experience in an operating room or surgical setting.
• Strong understanding of surgical procedures and protocols.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
• Excellent communication (English or Hindi) and interpersonal skills.
