Orchestrate the overall content strategy, ideation, and editorial calendar in line with the organization's milestones
Create content for blogs, articles, emails, landing pages, brochures, social media posts, infographics, video script, events announcements, webinars, customer success stories, power-points, and interactive assets while following the appropriate voice, style, and brand guidelines
Develop unique and attractive headlines and body and content for employee engagement campaigns
Manage live daily and weekly content flow to achieve digital audience targets
Strategize to amplify key news and stories on all social media handles
Research various media publications and craft engaging posts for various business verticals.
Validating market fit for topics and keywords that would be relevant to the business and generating content ideas around them.
Conduct in-depth and regular audits of competitor content across the complete real estate ecosystem.
Generate detailed weekly performance reports and forecasts, with credible insights and recommendations for improvement and growth.
Capabilities:
Experience Required: 4-5 Years.
Bachelor's degree required, preferably in English, Communications, or a related field. (Master's degree a plus)
Sharp written and verbal communication skills.
Possess a thorough and up-to-date knowledge of the Real estate industry (preferable)
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and to work independently and within a team.
Excellent attention to detailing and ability to multi-task projects
Familiarity with software like Microsoft Word and Google Docs
