Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as an International Voice Process. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing excellent customer service, and generating leads through inbound and outbound calling. The position requires fluency in English communication and the ability to effectively communicate with customers. This is a full-time position based in Gurgaon, Haryana, India.

Qualifications and Skills

  • 1-3 years of experience in an international voice process
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Sales-oriented mindset
  • Fluency in English communication
  • Experience in telecalling and inbound lead generation
  • Knowledge of cold calling and business process outsourcing (BPO)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Good computer literacy
  • Ability to work well in a team

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries and provide prompt and courteous responses
  • Assist customers in finding solutions to their needs and concerns
  • Generate leads through inbound and outbound calling
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve targets and goals
  • Document customer interactions and update customer information in the system
  • Stay updated with product knowledge and be able to effectively communicate product information to customers
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures
