Dear Candidate we are hiring based on below requirements.
Requirement
✓ 6 days with rotational off (work from office)
✓ Operational Hours - 9 AM to 7:30 PM
✓ Shift Hours - 9 hour and 8 hours production
✓ Education - Graduate / Undergrad with exp
✓ Location : 5th Block, Koramangala, Bangalore-560095
Skillset
✓ Stability
✓ Good in English
✓ Should not fumble while speaking in English or Hindi
✓ Who can patiently listen to the Customer
✓ Who have convincing skill
✓ As process requires lot of discussion making hence I suggest aptitude test
✓ Should take ownership on the call
✓ They don’t need any language people, only English/Hindi would do. If candidate knows any other language that would be additional benefit. But not required as such at the moment.
Job Role
Inbound Sales & Support with Chat - Problem related post sales ,
enquiry about product and converting to sales, Online chat for enquiry ( free delivery etc ),
product added in checklist - agent will have to do outbound call and convince customer to buy, customer query on email
Sales people required ( I/B or Outbound )
