About The Candidate
The candidate would be custodian of relationship building with premium architects. Dynamic extrovert individual, with an urban outlook. High on energy and does not shy away from multi-tasking and willing to work in a startup culture. Excellent soft skills and a pleasing approach to comfortably manage high profile personalities and build strong relationship with architect & interior designer fraternity. Willing to participate in exhibitions, visit potential architects and go the extra mile as and when necessary to create pipeline and get business. The candidate must exhibit maturity and high grooming standards to engage Business Heads and founders of premium architectural firms. The candidate is expected to take ownership and drive sales to closure and fuel growth.
Job Description
- Establishing relationship with Architects and Interior Designer fraternity in all the major cities of the country.
- Close interactions with the association/federation of architects and interior designers in all regions.
- Attending conferences and events organized by these associations.
- Creating the platform to the team members who can pitch for business.
Business Development
- Follow up on leads and build project pipeline
- Meet sales target
- Collaborate with internal stake holders and architects as a client servicing agent
Personality
- A pleasant personality, high on energy and grooming standard and eager to learn & excel
- Excellent presentation skills
- Pleasing personalities who reflect maturity, confidence and influence
- Ability to collaborate & manage multiple stake holders and vendors
Experience
- Manager with Corporate Sales, key account management
Qualification
- Any graduate
- Knowledge of MS Office
