Role & Responsibilities

• Demonstrate audio products from Alphatec’s portfolio to potential clients.
• Conduct product training sessions for end-users and distributors to support the sales team.
• Collaborate with system integrators during audio system commissioning.
• Optimize installed systems to ensure peak performance.
• Provide remote support to system integrators as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Graduate with a diploma/degree in Sound Engineering or Audio Engineering.
• Must have Q-SYS certification.
• Must be a Biamp Certified Programmer.
• Experience in conference room setup, project handling, and programming.
• Knowledge of control systems such as AMX and Crestron is preferable.
• Expertise in DSP programming for brands like ClearOne, Biamp, Xilica, etc.
