We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Reservations Specialist for a 3-star property located in Coimbatore and Chennai. This is a full-time, mid-level position ideal for individuals with a maximum of 6 years of relevant work experience. The successful candidate will efficiently manage reservation systems, ensuring optimal guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.



Qualifications and Skills


  • Must be proficient in Amadeus, a crucial tool for managing travel and hotel reservations (Mandatory skill).
  • Experience with Reservation Management Software is essential to streamline booking processes (Mandatory skill).
  • Competence in data entry to ensure accurate recording of bookings and reservations (Mandatory skill).
  • Familiarity with Sabre or Galileo systems to support diverse reservation tasks and activities.
  • Effective use of CRM software to maintain strong guest relationships and service excellence.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite to manage reports, communications, and data analysis efficiently.
  • Comfortable using multi-line phone systems for handling multiple incoming calls simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Process and manage reservation requests through various platforms ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Optimize occupancy levels by controlling room allocations, pricing strategies, and promotional activities.
  • Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner.
  • Maintain records of guest profiles, reservation activities, and payment transactions diligently.
  • Collaborate with the sales and front desk teams to ensure seamless communication and operations.
  • Analyze reservation trends and feedback to identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Prepare detailed reports for management to assist in decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor practices to maintain competitive advantage.
