We seek a dedicated and highly skilled Hindi Speaker Stores E-commerce Executive to join our Client Leading Textile Manufacturing Company. This is a full-time position based in Erode. The ideal candidate will have prior experience e-commerce, online marketing, store management, and warehouse operations. They will be responsible for managing e-commerce store operations efficiently while ensuring an excellent online shopping experience for customers.

Exp - 2 to 10 years

Salary - 20,000 to 30,000/ PM Max

Notice Period - 1 Month

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience in managing e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces.
• Strong knowledge of online marketing strategies and digital advertising.
• Experience in store management, including inventory control and order fulfillment processes.
• Understanding of warehouse operations, logistics, and supply chain management.
• Ability to analyze sales data and develop actionable insights to drive sales performance.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Proficient in using e-commerce software, tools, and platforms for daily operations.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce store, ensuring smooth and efficient performance.
• Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, order processing, and timely fulfillment.
• Develop and implement online marketing strategies to drive traffic and sales on the e-commerce platform.
• Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure accurate and timely shipment of orders.
• Monitor customer feedback and reviews, addressing any issues to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for business growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, logistics, and customer support, to ensure cohesive operations.
