Job Description:

We’re looking for a creative and hands-on Social Media Content Creator & Video Editor to elevate our brand presence in the construction and real estate space. This role involves crafting visually engaging content, assisting in site shoots, and producing impactful videos that showcase our projects, updates, and company culture.


Key Responsibilities:

• Design engaging social media posts, stories, and reels tailored for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook

• Assist in planning and executing site shoots covering construction progress, team activities, behind-the-scenes, and property walk throughs

• Capture high-quality photo and video content on-site using mobile or professional cameras

• Edit videos for Reels, Shorts, YouTube, and client presentations

• Create time-lapse videos and before/after transformations of project sites

• Collaborate with the marketing team on campaign ideas, project highlights, and content calendars

• Ensure visual consistency with the company’s brand identity

• Stay updated on real estate marketing trends and content formats


Requirements:

• Proficiency in design tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, and video editing software like Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut

• Basic knowledge of construction aesthetics and an eye for architectural detail

• Experience creating content in outdoor/on-site environments

• Ability to handle a shoot independently (basic lighting/framing knowledge)

• Organized, creative, and detail-oriented

• Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset


Preferred Skills:

• Understanding of real estate marketing and buyer psychology

• Familiarity with drone footage and editing (a plus, not mandatory)

• Experience with scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Buffer)

• Fluency in regional languages (if applicable)
