Job Description: Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring all project milestones are met.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resources, and risk management strategies.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Oversee daily operations on the construction site, ensuring safety, compliance, and adherence to building codes.
• Monitor project progress and resolve issues that arise to avoid delays or cost overruns.
• Prepare and present regular reports on project status to senior management and clients.
• Ensure high-quality construction work, maintaining rigorous standards of safety and sustainability.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 10-15 years of experience in construction project management, with a strong understanding of both technical and managerial aspects.
• Expertise in budgeting, scheduling, and contract management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
• This role requires a leader with deep industry knowledge, hands-on experience, and the ability to drive successful project outcomes.
• First reference is Coimbatore based candidate.
