Job Overview


We are seeking a motivated Office Assistant to join our team at our Coimbatore office in saracanampatti and annur. This is a full-time, junior-level position requiring a minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience. Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for effective document preparation and presentation (Mandatory skill).
  • Data Entry skills with accuracy and attention to detail to maintain the integrity of our databases (Mandatory skill).
  • Customer Service experience to handle inquiries and communication professionally and courteously.
  • Calendar Management skills to schedule meetings and coordinate appointments efficiently.
  • Email Correspondence skills to manage and respond to emails promptly and accurately.
  • Document Filing abilities to organize and maintain both physical and digital records.
  • Familiarity with Communication Tools such as Slack or Teams to facilitate effective team collaboration.
  • Ability to operate Office Equipment such as printers, copiers, and fax machines efficiently.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist in day-to-day office operations and provide administrative support to ensure smooth functioning.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
  • Organize and maintain office files, documents, and records for easy retrieval and reference.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements as needed.
  • Ensure office equipment is properly maintained and arrange for repairs when required.
  • Greet and assist visitors, ensuring they are handled with a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order office supplies to ensure availability and uninterrupted operations.
  • Collaborate with team members to support various office-related projects and tasks as required.
