We are hiring for Mechanical engineer for a semi conductor industry in Coimbatore location.

Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a mechanical engineer (Design)

● Design Engineering products and processes

● Craft models and drawings of products using cad

● Analyse prototype data and retest if needed

● Improve existing products and processes

● Ensure compliance with the industry’s safety standards

● Maintain accurate records

● Ensure products are user and environment friendly

● Write detailed reports

● Find creative design solutions to problems

● Monitoring and Supervision of manufacturing of prototypes  

QUALIFICATIONS:

● BE/B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics with 2 years of industrial experience in any of the relevant domains

● Proven experience using cad software, Knowledge of solid works, fusion360 and AutoCAD

● Good understanding of safety standards and environmental impact of a design

● Knowledge of manufacturing processes like welding, milling, CNC machining... etc

● Great computational and spatial ability

● Excellent oral and written communication

● Willingness to take non-traditional tasks, roles, responsibilities and challenges needed to accomplish company goals and objectives  

NICE TO HAVE:

● Experience with product rendering

● Experience with simulation softwares
