Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition -

• Responsible for White Collar Recruitment and Lead the team of Recruiters.
• Hands on exposure in using the Recruitment Tools like Linked In, Naukri etc.,
• Ensure On-boarding of candidates within the TAT time
• Review the Performance levels of the Recruiters and ensure On-time delivery of all as per agreed Targets

Organization Development –

• Drive the company wide initiative of “Role Base Organization” – Ensuring Organization Charts, Job Descriptions & Specifications for all the roles in the Organization
• Responsible for monitoring the Organization Role Movements / Role Enhancements and on time updating of the Job Descriptions and Reporting Structure
• HR Digitization – Drive the initiative to digitize all the Manual Processes in HR. HRMS implementation, Process Automation and Simplification
• HR Policies custodian – Implement, Create, Improvise, Benchmark the HR Policies and ensure compliance
• Employee Engagement Survey – Create, Launch and Implement the customized engagement surveys – Conduct the surveys, analyse the feedback and derive the action plans
