This position will lead the Training & Development and Organizational Development initiatives within the manufacturing sector. • Extensive experience in organizational development, training, and development, essential for the strategic alignment and growth of manufacturing operations (Mandatory skill).

• Proven ability in organizational leadership, required for guiding and influencing senior management on strategic HR initiatives.
