Educational Qualification Bachelor in Electrical/Electronics Engineer

Req.Experience Minimum of 3 to 5 years of exoerience as a Power Electronics Hardware design engineer 

Skills Required Experience in High Power DC-DC/AC-DC converter, Inverter/ Motor drives power electronics hardware design and development. 

Having experience in end-to-end product development and testing

Knowledge in MATLAB / SIMULINK, Pspice or any simulation tools

Experience in Analog, Digital & Mixed circuit design and development.

Hands on Experience in Microprocessor or Microcontroller based circuit design

Knowledge in commnication interfaces like I2C, SPI, UART,CAN

Experenice in Schematic tools like Orcad, Allegro, etc...

Knowledge of PCB layout guidelines and Co-ordinae with layout design engineers

Should be familiar with lab equipments like Oscilloscope, DMM, Power Anlyser, LCR Meter, etc...

Design Verification & Test plan preparation

Hands on experience in components selection & BOM generation

Worst case circuit analysis

Testing & Debugging skills

Sound Knowledge in design for EMI/EMC & Co-ordination with test labs

Leadership Skills

Good Communication Skill
