Job Overview

We are seeking a mid-level Civil Engineer to join our team in Coimbatore on a full-time basis. The role involves responsibilities in site supervision, project management, and participation in key construction projects.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience with site supervision, ensuring compliance with safety codes and project specifications (Mandatory skill).
• Proven competency in project management, coordinating with different teams to meet project timelines (Mandatory skill).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD for professional and efficient design and drafting of structural plans.
• Strong foundation in structural analysis to validate the stability and durability of designs.
• Ability to prepare and manage detailed construction documentation effectively.
• Knowledge of quantity surveying to ensure accurate estimation and cost management of resources.
• Excellent problem-solving skills to address and resolve any project-related challenges efficiently.
• Strong communication skills for clear and effective interaction with team members and stakeholders.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of site operations to ensure work is carried out as per plans and specifications.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, and engineers to plan and execute construction projects.
• Monitor project progress and prepare detailed reports on health, safety, and site activities.
• Conduct risk assessments and propose mitigation strategies to ensure project objectives are met.
• Ensure quality control standards are maintained and address any issues that arise on-site.
• Collaborate with purchasing and logistics teams for timely procurement of materials and services.
• Administer budgets and resources promptly to achieve time-bound and cost-effective project completion.
• Facilitate the resolution of unforeseen project challenges and ensure alignment with client expectations.
