- Mechanical Assembly (Mandatory skill)
- Blueprint Reading (Mandatory skill)
- Hand Tools Proficiency (Mandatory skill)
- Quality Control: Ability to ensure products are manufactured to high standards
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Attention to Detail: High level of precision and accuracy in completing tasks
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with team members

Roles and Responsibilities
- Interpret and understand technical drawings and blueprints for valve assembly
- Perform assembly tasks in accordance with work instructions and standards
- Use a variety of hand and power tools to assemble parts
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure finished products meet specifications
- Identify and report any issues or discrepancies in the assembly process
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Collaborate with other team members to improve production processes
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines during assembly operations
