Job Purpose :

- Process Automation has evolved as the hottest technology sector as industries across the world have seen the potential benefits of automation of complex business processes. At Algonox, the Mantra is that of Growth through New client acquisition and Account penetration.

- The role holder will be responsible for leading the business development and account management activities in the designated territory. The role will provide autonomy and complete ownership of the end-to-end sales cycle to drive Revenue growth and New client acquisitions for the organization.

Account Management/Business Development Manager :

1. Obsessive focus on solving problems for the Customer through automation

2. Ownership of the entire sales cycle ; Prospecting, Opportunity discovery, Consulting, Commercials and managing P&L.

3. Foster relationships with C-level executives and relevant business heads of the client to ensure customer success across key touchpoints

4. Drive Account penetration through customer success and organic business development

5. Ownership and delivery on assigned sales targets.
