We are hiring for Service Coordinator who has experience of 0.6 months to 1 year in service industry.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Answer customer calls promptly and professionally.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues or escalate them to appropriate departments.
- Help customers with service orders, renewals, or upgrades.
- Collaborate with other team members or departments to resolve complex issues.
Skills & Qualifications
Strong verbal communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with customer service software, CRM tools, or phone systems.
Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
Should be graduate .

Respond promptly to OEM/Dealer inquiries regarding water purification spares.
Prepare and send accurate quotations in line with customer requirements.
Monitor and ensure the availability of spares by coordinating with the Stores team and process and manage customer orders to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Ensure timely dispatch of spares by closely following up with the Stores.
Track and maintain records of inquiries, quotations, stock, and dispatches. Follow up with Courier services for timely delivery of spares to OEMs/ Dealers.
Work cross-functionally to address any delays or operational issues.
Accurate utilization of CRM and SAP for managing customer interactions, tracking inquiries, and updating records.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in any field.
3-5 years of experience in handling OEM/Dealer business, preferably in water purification or a related industry.
Proficiency in CRM / SAP, Knowledge of MS Office.
MS Office (Excel, Word).
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
