Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Sales Executive for a mid-level position at Ajanta Bottle Pvt. Ltd. The position is based in Delhi and is full-time. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, focusing on expanding business opportunities and maintaining customer relationships. This role involves telesales, business development, and lead generation, contributing to the company's reputation for reliability and trustworthiness in the glass packaging industry.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in sales, with a focus on telesales, to effectively engage with potential clients and convert leads into sales.
- Strong business development skills to identify new market opportunities and drive business growth in existing and new territories.
- Experience in inside sales and telemarketing to ensure constant communication with clients and promote product offerings.
- Proficiency in cold calling techniques to reach out to prospective customers and schedule meetings or follow-up sessions.
- Ability to generate quality leads that result in increased sales and profitable business relationships.
- Must have excellent communication skills for clear and persuasive conversations with both new and existing clients.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and track sales progress effectively.
- A proactive attitude and ability to work independently within a fast-paced sales environment to achieve or exceed targets.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales prospects, negotiate deals, and maintain customer satisfaction for business growth.
- Conduct cold calls and set up meetings to present the benefits of our glass bottles and jars to potential clients.
- Develop strategies for sourcing leads and converting them to achieve sales targets and company objectives.
- Collaborate with team members from different departments to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality services and products.
- Maintain a detailed and updated customer database to efficiently manage client interactions and sales processes.
- Regularly report sales performance metrics to the sales manager and suggest areas for improvement or adjustment in plans.
- Engage with repeat customers to encourage continued patronage and gain insights into improving product offerings.
- Attend industry events and networking meetings to keep up-to-date with the latest trends and expand business contacts.
