What You Are Going to Do

• Contact and follow up with prospective clients via inbound and outbound calls (leads are provided)

• Effectively explain Aimlay's services and convert leads into successful enrollments

• Conduct need-based counselling to understand the client's educational requirements

• Deliver compelling online presentations and product demonstrations

• Build strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business

• Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals

• Maintain updated records of communications and follow-ups

What We Need

• Minimum 2 years of experience in International Outbound Sales, Admission Counselling, or a related role

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills

• Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities

• Confident, soft-spoken, and customer-centric approach

• Capable of adapting quickly and taking ownership of targets and tasks
