Job Overview

We are looking for a Junior Inside Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at Aimlay Pvt. Ltd. The position is full-time. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in a sales role and be proficient in CRM software, cold calling, and voice processes. The primary responsibility is to drive sales growth and develop strong client relationships.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in CRM software is required to manage customer information and track sales processes efficiently.
  • Experience in cold calling to initiate contact with prospective clients and to secure new business opportunities.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively convey information and engage with clients actively.
  • Experience in a voice process environment, handling inquiries and providing solutions promptly.
  • Excellent sales skills to understand client needs and offer suitable services and packages.
  • Ability to build and nurture client relationships, ensuring repeat business and client satisfaction.
  • Problem-solving skills to address client concerns and provide effective, timely solutions.
  • Organizational skills to efficiently manage workloads, prioritize tasks, and meet sales targets


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce Aimlay’s educational services and generate interest.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and requirements.
  • Effectively manage and utilize CRM software to track interactions and update client information accurately.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to optimize sales strategies and meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss sales strategies, challenges, and market trends.
  • Provide after-sales support and handle client complaints professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Regularly follow up with leads and prospects to convert them into paying clients.
  • Identify new trends and opportunities within the educational sector to maximize sales revenue.
