- Handling the Recruitment Activities like screening and sourcing of resumes from Job portals and Sourcing from Social Networks
- Handling Middle and senior level requirements
- Briefing candidate regarding job description, company profile
- Explaining candidates about different rounds of interview from introduction round till final HR round and coordination with the candidates.
- Conducting preliminary interviews with candidates to ascertain their competencies, skills and aspirations (based on work, position, salary and relocation etc) and short listing the candidates as per the requirement.
- Salary and Service Negotiations, Compensation and Benefits, Employee Relations, Background Verification, Collecting documents
- Hands on experience in Job Posting through portals.
- Understanding the clients and internal requirement and sourcing the relevant profiles through various job portals, multiple references / referrals and social websites
- Short-listing the candidates, Scheduling interview for the short-listed candidates (Telephonic / F2F / Video Conferencing), Negotiating and convincing candidates to accept the offer.
- Follow up with offered candidates till date of joining
- Preparation of weekly and monthly report relating to interviews offer letter and joining of candidates.
- Providing the training and development for the new trainees
- Coordinating with the HR team for maintenance of daily records and report.
