Roles and Responsibilities:
Identifying and mapping all current and upcoming project sites within the assigned
towns and territories.
Scouting and visiting these project sites proactively to meet the builders promoters regularly.
Maintaining active contact with these builders/promoters
Identifying and mapping key influencers of the projects like Decision Maker,
Architects, Engineers, etc.
Communicating USPs of brand clearly.
Ensuring seamless connect for physical product demo to builder/promoters.
Achieve goals and targets in terms of reach, leads and converted sales.
The chosen candidates should be able to fulfill laid-down KPIs. Domain knowledge in the construction industry is necessary.
Mobility: 2-wheeler essential.
Interested candidates should have at least two years of B2B
selling experience in the building materials or construction
industry, like paints, cement, bath-fillings, tiles, etc.
Proven track record working as a B2B sales representative.
Experience in developing new account through cold calling.
Experience in probing and understanding customer requirement.
Good verbal and communication skills. Must be well versed in local language and
Comfortable with use of technology (tablet, mobile phone-based apps), etc.
Educational Level: Graduates
Age: under 28 years.
