Position: Sales AGM (Agriculture, Horticulture, Greenhouse, Polyhouse, Planting Material,

Ornamental Plants)

Location: 2nd Floor, Guru, Tower C, Guru Ravidas Marg, Balaji Estate, Govind Puri Metro

Station, New Delhi, Delhi 110019

Experience: 8+ years in Sales (Agriculture/Horticulture/Greenhouse/Polyhouse)

Key Responsibilities:

 Lead the sales team to achieve revenue targets in agriculture, horticulture, greenhouse,

polyhouse, planting material, and ornamental plant sectors.

 Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and market

presence.

 Build strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders in the

industry.

 Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business

opportunities.

 Drive sales growth through innovative approaches and new product promotions.

 Collaborate with the product development and marketing teams for product

positioning and promotion strategies.

Qualifications:

 Bachelors or Master’s degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, or related fields.

 Proven experience in sales leadership within agriculture or horticulture sectors.

 Strong communication, negotiation, and team management skills.

 Knowledge of greenhouse, polyhouse technologies, and ornamental plants is a plus.

Skills:

 Corporate gifting orders knowledge.

 Age- Upto 35yrs
