Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual.
  • Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and office calendars.
  • Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and handling emails.
  • Monitor and maintain the organization of the front desk and reception area.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Assist with customer inquiries, provide relevant information, and address concerns when necessary.
  • Maintain office supply inventory and reorder as needed.
  • Ensure a positive and professional atmosphere is maintained at all times.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (some positions may require additional education or certification).
  • Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative support role is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional demeanor and appearance.
