Key Responsibility

• Build long-term relationships with clients and customers
• Work quickly to address and resolve customer issues
• Create strategies and work with clients to boost their brand
• Help promote and maintain a positive company and university image
• Encourage good customer service practices
• Generate as many References as possible from Enrolled database, and assist them in applying to various universities.
• Reference generation, post sale query, need to take follow up
• Intuitive to customer’s needs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships
• Strategic thinker and ability to analyze and solve problems quickly
• Ability to work well with others and lead a team
• Attentive to detail and organized
• Must be self-motivated, flexible to work
