Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Amazon Ads Manager who can independently manage, scale, and optimize Amazon advertising accounts while also leading a small team. The role requires strong execution capability in Amazon PPC, solid analytical skills, and the ability to drive account-level growth for brands.
Key Responsibilities
1. Campaign Management
Create, scale, and manage Amazon Ads campaigns across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display
Perform in-depth keyword research and search term analysis
Build and optimize campaign structures aligned with brand and growth goals
Manage budgets efficiently to control ACoS, TACoS, and profitability
Execute regular bid, placement, and budget optimizations
2. Analytical & Reporting Skills
Analyze account performance data to identify growth and optimization opportunities
Track key metrics such as ACoS, ROAS, TACoS, CVR, CPC, and Sales
Generate insights and actionable recommendations from performance data
Prepare and review performance reports for internal reviews and client discussions
3. Strategic Thinking
Develop and execute PPC strategies aligned with brand objectives
Adapt strategies based on market trends, seasonality, and competitive landscape
Identify scaling opportunities without compromising profitability
4. Communication & Client Handling
Clearly communicate account performance, insights, and next steps to clients and internal teams
Translate complex PPC data into simple, actionable business insights
Participate in client review calls and internal performance discussions
5. Team Leadership & Collaboration
Lead and mentor a team of 2–3 Amazon Ads executives/managers
Review team work, provide feedback, and ensure quality execution
Collaborate with internal teams on strategy, testing, and new initiatives
Contribute to process improvements, SOPs, and best practices
6. Professional Development
Stay updated with the latest Amazon Ads features, policies, and trends
Participate in relevant training, certifications, and internal learning initiatives
7. Goals & Performance Ownership
Take ownership of account-level performance and predefined targets
Drive continuous improvement in PPC outcomes through testing and innovation
Proactively identify and solve account-level challenges
8. Org-Level & Process Impact
Provide scalable solutions for common account and performance problems
Drive adoption of internal tools, systems, and best practices across accounts
9. AI & Software Utilization (DataFuel / Tools)
Effectively use AI tools (including DataFuel or similar platforms) for:
Campaign launches and keyword clustering
Optimization and performance analysis
Reducing manual workload and improving execution speed
Ensure consistent and efficient usage of tools for audits, insights, and reporting
Required Skills & Qualifications
2–3+ years of proven experience in Amazon Ads management
Strong expertise in Amazon PPC (core requirement)
Good working knowledge of Amazon listings, SEO, and overall account management
Prior experience leading a team of 2–3 members
Demonstrated results in scaling and growing Amazon
brands
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
