Job Title: SaaS Product Demo Specialist – E-commerce Analytics (DataFuel)


Location: Mumbai

Experience: 1–4 years in SaaS demo / inside sales roles

Compensation: ₹30,0000–₹60,000 base + incentives per close

Role Overview


We are looking for a SaaS Product Demo Specialist who can conduct high-impact product demos, understand Amazon sellers’ business needs, identify pain points, and convert demos into paying customers.


This is NOT a cold-calling role.

Most leads come inbound through marketing, webinars, content, and referrals.


Your core responsibilities:


Understand the prospect’s business and goals


Show exactly how DataFuel solves their challenges


Guide them to the right subscription plan (₹20k or ₹25k)


Close the deal with confidence



 Key Responsibilities


Conduct daily product demos with Amazon sellers and brand owners


Ask the right discovery questions to assess ad spend, challenges, and expected outcomes


Tailor the demo to highlight relevant features and improvements


Deliver a crisp, confident, and impactful walkthrough of the DataFuel dashboard


Explain automation, insights, placement strategies, and scaling workflows


Handle objections and assist prospects in making decisions


Follow up via WhatsApp, email, and CRM to close deals


Coordinate with the onboarding team for smooth transitions


Maintain clean CRM updates and daily reporting


Meet monthly closing targets (8–12 closures)



Skills & Requirements - Must-Haves:


1–4 years of experience in SaaS demos, inside sales, or product specialist roles


Excellent communication skills (English + Hindi)


Strong demo and storytelling ability


Comfortable with metrics, follow-ups, and monthly targets


Ability to simplify complex information and build trust quickly


Highly structured, process-driven, and organised



Good to Have:


Experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or ad-tech


Basic understanding of Amazon Ads (training provided)


Familiarity with CRM tools, Loom, Zoom, and Google Workspace



Compensation Structure


Base Salary: ₹45,000 – ₹60,000 per month

Commission:


₹3,000 per closed sale (₹20k plan)


₹4,500 per closed sale (₹25k plan)


Accelerator: Additional ₹500 per sale after 10 monthly closes


Expected earning for high performers: ₹90,000 – ₹1,20,000 per month
