The Lead Generation Specialist at Advertising Saga will play a crucial role in driving outbound and inbound sales efforts within the Amazon digital marketing sector. As a mid-level, full-time position based in Mumbai, this role focuses on identifying, engaging, and converting potential clients while supporting the growth targets of the company.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven expertise in lead generation, including strong track record identifying, qualifying, and converting prospects into genuine opportunities (Mandatory skill).
  • Solid experience in outbound sales, demonstrating the ability to proactively target and engage potential customers to generate high-quality leads (Mandatory skill).
  • Advanced LinkedIn outreach capabilities, using tailored messaging and networking to build relationships with decision-makers across industries.
  • Experience in inbound sales, promptly responding to incoming inquiries and efficiently guiding leads through the sales funnel toward conversion.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle objections, craft compelling offers, and close deals effectively in a competitive environment.
  • Proficiency in cold calling, with excellent verbal communication skills and resilience to reach new prospects and secure appointments consistently.
  • Ability to maintain detailed records of interactions with prospects, track pipeline status, and regularly report on progress using CRM or similar tools.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage time to maximize productivity and follow-up activities.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify, research, and qualify new business opportunities aligned with the agency's target markets and services.
  • Execute outbound sales strategies, including targeted cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach to generate and nurture leads.
  • Engage inbound leads, evaluate their needs, and guide them through the consultation and onboarding process.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand client requirements and present suitable solutions to prospective clients.
  • Establish strong relationships with decision-makers and maintain active communication throughout the sales cycle.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation and sales targets as set by management.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM, update pipeline activities, and prepare reports on lead status and conversion rates.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to continuously improve outreach strategies and positioning.
