We are now looking for a skilled Lead Generation Specialist to help us expand our client base across global markets.  


Role Overview  

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Generation Specialist responsible for identifying, qualifying, and connecting with potential clients for our digital marketing services. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience using email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, and other digital prospecting strategies to engage international clients. Prior experience in lead generation for marketing or digital marketing agencies will be highly valued.  


Key Responsibilities  

- Develop and implement lead generation strategies using email marketing, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.  

- Identify, research, and qualify leads that fit our ideal client profile.  

- Manage and execute outreach campaigns to generate interest and engagement.  

- Conduct cold emailing, LinkedIn prospecting, and follow-ups to nurture leads through the sales funnel.  

- Maintain and update a structured lead database to ensure data accuracy and performance tracking.  

- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and targeting strategies.  

- Perform market research to identify new business opportunities and improve lead generation processes.  

- Maintain a steady pipeline of high-quality, marketing-qualified leads.  


Requirements  

- 2-3 years of experience in lead generation for international B2B markets.  

- Proven expertise in email marketing and LinkedIn-based outreach.  

- Prior experience with marketing or digital marketing agencies is a strong advantage.  

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.  

- Proficiency with lead generation tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hunter.io, or similar platforms.  

- Strong ability to craft compelling outreach messages tailored to target audiences.  

- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of driving consistent results independently.  

- Experience using CRM tools for managing and tracking lead pipelines.
